Sales conditions
www.centralartesania.com is a website which is exclusively reserved to professionals who wish to purchase the items shown on the site. Therefore, only users who have previously registered in our site and have received the password sent by Central Artesanía, S.C., after checking their details, will be able to see the prices.
When placing an order, users must take some important aspects into consideration:
- The colours of the items shown may be slightly different from the real colours and from one batch to another.
- All prices shown on the site do not include VAT.
Shipping
- Transport costs are NOT INCLUDED in the prices.
- Users have two options as regards transport:
- picking up the order at the facilities of Central Artesanía, S.C. located in Carretera C-66, Km. 14,6 17121-CORÇA (Girona-Spain), in which case the amount of the invoice will not change.
- requesting Central Artesanía, S.C. for the shipment to your facilities, in which case the total amount of the invoice will be increased by the transport costs. The transport of the items by Central Artesanía, S.C. to the customer's facilities does NOT INCLUDE the unloading of the goods which will have to be done by the customer.
Order
After placing an order, the customer will receive an email at the email-address provided during the registration process, with a summary of the ordered products. This mail shall in no case be considered as a confirmation of the order. An order shall be considered as firm only and exclusively when the customer has accepted our confirmation of the order.
These general sales conditions are the only conditions applicable and supersede any other general conditions, except in case of previous, express, written cancellation.
Central Artesanía, S.C. may change the articles of the general conditions from time to time, so please read them every time you visit the homepage. Each purchase on the website is submitted to the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We understand that when placing the order, you accept our conditions without reservations after having read them.
